Controller, product and acceptance
ManTarot is a product developed by /dev.ursus and operated by Gabriel Andrés Di Martino, Argentina. Contact: privacy@mantarot.app.
By accessing the public website, creating or using an account or using a ManTarot feature, you accept these Terms and the current Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Nature of the service
ManTarot offers tarot, AI-assisted interpretation, history, memory and experiences such as ManTarot Live for entertainment, personal reflection and symbolic exploration.
Readings and responses do not predict events with certainty and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, professional or emergency advice.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 and have sufficient legal capacity to use ManTarot. By continuing, you represent that you meet the minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may restrict or close accounts where there are reasonable grounds to believe this condition is not met.
Account and credentials
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate account information, protecting credentials, maintaining access to your email and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must not share, sell, transfer or abusively automate account access. ManTarot may apply security checks, limits and verification to protect the service.
User-provided content
You retain the rights that apply to your questions, messages, context and other original content. You authorize us to process it only as needed to provide, protect and technically improve requested features.
Do not submit illegal or abusive content, content that violates third-party rights, or another person's information without a sufficient basis. Avoid sensitive data that is not necessary for a reading.
AI and possible errors
AI organizes context and symbols to generate interpretations, but may produce errors, omissions, repetition or inappropriate results. Users must evaluate every response critically.
Do not use ManTarot as the sole basis for decisions affecting health, safety, finances, legal rights or wellbeing. Problematic content may be reported to privacy@mantarot.app.
ManTarot Live and microphone
Live may require microphone access and temporarily process audio to transcribe, respond and maintain a conversation. Permission can be revoked on the device, although voice use will then be unavailable.
Transcripts, responses, cards and session metadata may be retained in history. ManTarot does not store the audio.
History and memory
History retains readings or sessions so they can be reviewed. Structured memory retains information useful for continuity and personalization between conversations.
They are separate controls: deleting memory does not automatically delete history, and deleting history does not automatically delete memory. Availability and limits may depend on the plan.
Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You may use ManTarot personally and lawfully. You must not attack security, bypass limits, scrape content at scale, resell access, copy assets, impersonate others, harass, exploit third parties or disrupt availability.
Unauthorized automation, attempts to obtain prompts or secrets, purchase or ad manipulation, malware and use facilitating harm or unlawful activity are also prohibited.
Future Live sessions or credits
ManTarot may offer free or paid Live sessions, bundles or credits. Quantity, duration, eligibility, expiry and consumption rules will be disclosed before purchase or activation.
Mention of future models does not guarantee permanent availability. No unpublished product will be charged and no conditions other than those shown in the app will apply.
Google Play Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to the user's Google Play account, payment methods and terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically delete the account or data. Refunds follow applicable law and Google Play policies without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
AdMob, rewarded ads and sharing
The free plan may offer AdMob and rewarded ads. Rewards are credited only when the backend confirms applicable conditions; manipulating ads or reward signals is prohibited.
Sharing tools pass content to the app selected by the user. The user must review the recipient and content and is then subject to the receiving app's terms.
Intellectual property
The ManTarot brand, wordmark, decks, cards, illustrations, texts, prompts, software, audio, design and other materials belong to their rights holders and are protected.
No license is granted to copy, redistribute, resell, train models, create commercial derivatives or exploit ManTarot assets without written permission.
Availability and maintenance
We may perform maintenance or make capacity, security, provider or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility with old devices or retention of future features not purchased.
We will seek to avoid unnecessary interruption and preserve current commercial rights, but network, store, provider, device and force-majeure failures may occur.
Suspension, termination and deletion
We may limit, suspend or terminate access because of fraud, abuse, breach, security risk, legal duty or a proportionate operational need. Where appropriate, users may contact us for review.
You may stop using the service or request partial or total deletion. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or delete the account; use Google Play to cancel and the data-management flow to delete information.
Privacy, liability and non-waivable rights
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted, ManTarot is not liable for decisions made solely on readings, indirect loss or failures reasonably outside its control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Applicable law, changes and contact
These Terms are interpreted under applicable Argentine law, including consumer protection rules where relevant, without depriving users of mandatory protections in their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or product changes. We will publish the current version and date. Questions: privacy@mantarot.app.
